Information we collect

We collect contact, billing, transaction, gift-recipient and technical information needed to process orders, prevent fraud, deliver digital content, provide support and meet legal obligations.

How we use it

We use personal information for order creation, payment verification, invoice generation, secure delivery, customer support, account creation when requested, security monitoring and statutory record keeping. Marketing messages are sent only with consent.

Service providers

Payment processors, cloud hosting, email delivery, fraud-prevention and analytics providers may process limited information under contractual and security controls. DeepIndSule does not store complete card or UPI credentials.

Retention and rights

Order and tax records are retained as required by law. Other information is retained only as long as necessary. You may request access, correction or deletion where legally applicable by contacting privacy@deepindsule.com.

International processing

Cloud providers may process information outside your state or country with appropriate contractual safeguards.
