Terms of Sale and Digital Content

Digital licence

A purchase grants the named buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the digital edition. Copyright and all intellectual-property rights remain with DeepIndSule or the respective rights holder.

Orders and payment

Prices, taxes and discounts are confirmed by the server before payment. An order is accepted only after authorised payment verification. DeepIndSule may reject or cancel orders affected by fraud, pricing errors or technical failure and will arrange any applicable reversal.

Delivery

Secure access is issued only after server-side payment confirmation. Download links may expire and may be reissued after identity and order verification. Gift delivery is sent to the recipient details supplied by the buyer.

Refunds

Because digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are generally unavailable after access or download has been issued, except where required by applicable law or where the content cannot be delivered because of a verified technical failure.

Restrictions

You must not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, share access credentials, remove rights notices, automate extraction, or use the content to train a model without written permission.

Liability

The publication is educational and does not replace professional engineering, legal, financial, safety or management advice. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
